Who We Are

I’ve been a dessert person from a young age. One unforgettable moment was nearly 20 years ago when I discovered my vegan college roommate couldn't enjoy Reese’s. Determined to change that, I used our dorm room microwave to create a vegan version of the candy with melted chocolate and peanut butter.

The ingredients I bake with today are organic and purchased locally from ethical companies whenever possible. Most of my recipes are sweetened with coconut sugar and maple syrup for steady energy levels. I adapt recipes to be dairy free and often vegan. That original peanut butter cup recipe has evolved too. We need treats that satisfy and nurture our bodies.
